CAN I ADD AN ORDER TO MY ONLINE ACCOUNT?
Unfortunately, if an order is placed on the website and you are not logged in, we are unable to add that purchase to your online account. This is a limitation with our system that we are aware of and hope to have a solution in the near future.
CAN I COMBINE ORDERS OR ADD AN ITEM TO MY ORDER?

We cannot combine orders after an order has been placed.
Canada
We cannot edit or combine orders after an order has been placed due to everchanging currency exchange variances.
If you want to edit an order, the original order would have to be canceled and a new order placed.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
United States
We try to get orders out as fast as possible. If you need to cancel, please email us at KarenMitchell4768643@gmail.com immediately with “CANCEL” in the subject line and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please keep in mind that cancellations are not guaranteed if the order is too far along in the shipping process.
Canada
We try to get orders out as fast as possible. You may cancel your order prior to the order being processed. Once it is processed, we cannot cancel the order.
Please note that the entire order must be canceled. We cannot cancel specific items. If you want to keep specific itmes, they would need to be purchased in a new order.

I FORGOT TO USE MY DISCOUNT CODE. CAN THAT BE APPLIED TO MY ORDER?
If you placed an order and forgot to apply your discount code, please take the following steps:
1. Email KarenMitchell4768643@gmail.com
2. Send us your order number and the discount code you were provided.
3. Please allow for 2-3 business days for a reply.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT WITH FREIGHT SHIPPING?
• The Freight carrier does have the option to deliver your shipment without you being present.
– It is not required for you to be present at the time of delivery, but we strongly encourage keeping an eye on your tracking information to ensure you are able to be there to sign for the delivery.
– If you are not available to be at the delivery address at the time of delivery, you are welcome to appoint someone to be there for you.
• This delivery can only be made CURBSIDE.
– The Freight delivery driver can take the pallet(s) up your driveway, if requested, at the driver’s sole discretion. If you have a longer driveway, the shipment will be set at the
entrance to the driveway. We ask you to please plan for this prior to delivery.
– The driver can navigate the shipment into your garage, but due to liability reasons, please ensure there are no obstructions that would prevent them from comfortably maneuvering a pallet jack around your garage. This accommodation is also at the discretion of the driver. We would not want them to damage your property!
– The driver cannot take the pallet into your home, nor to another part of your property, and is not authorized, nor required, to assist with removing
product from pallets/crates, or product assembly.
• The delivery will be made on a 60ft truck.
– If you feel as though your neighborhood will not be able to accommodate a 60ft truck, please reach out to us ASAP to update your delivery address.
– You may reach out to the freight carrier to see if they can deliver on a smaller truck, or box truck, but it is not guaranteed that they will be able to.
• If changes to your delivery need to be made, please reach out to us ASAP, prior to the shipment leaving our warehouses.
– We will always do our best to accommodate our REP customers. However, if a shipment has already left our warehouse, and a change to the delivery is requested, fees
will apply. The fees will need to be collected from you prior to delivery.
– If the shipment is already en route, the below scenarios will result in carrier fees. We will discuss the fees with you prior to collection.
